There is a French limited edition that includes a bonus CD (see below). The album and bonus CD come in a standard double CD case.

The Australian LP is limited to 500 or 1000 numbered copies, the first 200 of which are on red vinyl. It comes in a foldover card sleeve (like many 7" singles, but unusual for a 12" record) with a lyric sheet insert.
